Who we are

PokeSummit is the trading name of Lardelli-Newton, Jayden William Maurice Tohu, a sole trader based in Melbourne, Australia, Australia. ABN 32 336 460 474. You can contact us at [email protected].

PokeSummit is an independent reseller of Japanese-language Pokémon Trading Card Game products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company.

A request is not a sale

Adding items to your order list and sending the request does not create a contract of sale and does not charge you anything. It gives us the details we need to confirm stock, the final price and postage for your address. A sale is formed only when we send you a quote and you pay it through the payment link we provide.

Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and track the Japanese sealed-product market. They can change between the time you send a request and the time we quote, because supplier costs move. The price in your quote is the price that applies. We will never increase the quoted price after you have paid it.

The listed price includes our margin and the cost of accepting card payments. We do not add a card surcharge at checkout.

Availability

• Available to ship — we hold or can promptly obtain the set, and we confirm stock before quoting.
• Sourced on request — we buy the set in from Japan after you ask. Stock, final price and the sourcing ETA are confirmed in your quote.
• Out of stock — we cannot currently supply it. You can ask to be notified when it returns.

If a set becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you promptly and refund that item in full, or offer an alternative if you would prefer one.

Payment

Payment is taken through a hosted payment provider (card, PayPal or Afterpay). We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote and complete payment.

Delivery

Postage is quoted per order at cost and confirmed before payment. Dispatch and transit times, and the difference between sourcing and transit, are set out in shipping & delivery. Your request carries a postcode for the postage quote; the complete delivery address is supplied after the quote on the order's tracking page, and no parcel is dispatched until it is. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to that address.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel a request at any time before paying. After payment, cancellation is possible until the parcel is dispatched. Faulty, damaged or wrongly described goods are covered by the remedies described in returns & refunds and by the Australian Consumer Law.

Product descriptions and photographs

We describe products from the Japanese release information and our own inspection. Where a specification is not verified for a particular set (for example an exact pack count), we do not publish a figure. Photographs are of the sealed product type we sell; where a photo is of the actual unit you will be told so. Ask us for photographs of the specific box before dispatch if the condition matters to you.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent order requests, or scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other customers. We may refuse or cancel a request that appears fraudulent or abusive.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information — what we collect, why, who processes it and how to have it deleted — is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delay caused by a carrier or by circumstances outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and both you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you send your request. The date below shows when this version was published.
