How do I place an order?
Add boxes to your order list and send the request, or email [email protected] with the sets you want. You get a reference straight away. No payment is taken on the site — we confirm stock, price and postage, then email a secure payment link.
When do I give you my address?
Only a postcode is needed to quote postage. Once you accept the quote, add the full delivery address on the tracking page with your reference and email — nothing is dispatched without it.
What does “sourced on request” mean?
It means we don't hold that set on the shelf: we buy it in from a Japanese trade supplier after you ask. You get a quote with the final price, stock confirmation and the sourcing ETA before anything is charged.
How fast is shipping?
Standard is 3–7 business days and express is 1–3 business days, Australia-wide with tracking. Orders are checked and packed within 12 hours of confirmation.
Are the boxes genuine and sealed?
Yes — every box is bought directly from a Japanese trade seller and inspected on arrival, factory sealed with the wrap intact. We can send photos of the actual box before it ships on request.
