Returns & refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This page explains how those guarantees apply to sealed collectibles, and what to do if something is wrong.

If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described

You are entitled to a remedy — a refund, replacement or repair — when a product is faulty, significantly different from the description, or damaged in transit. Email [email protected] with:

  • your order reference (it starts with PS-),
  • a description of the problem, and
  • photos of the box and the packaging it arrived in.

Send them within 48 hours of delivery where you can — the sooner we see it, the sooner we can act, and the carrier's claim window is tight. We will cover the cost of returning a faulty item and will not ask you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to one.

Sealed product and change of mind

Factory-sealed collectibles lose most of their value the moment the shrink wrap is opened, and a box cannot be inspected for contents without opening it. Because of that, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on boxes that have been opened or unsealed.

Before dispatch, it is different: if your order has not shipped, email us and we will cancel it and refund anything you have paid. Nothing is charged on this site, so in most cases that simply means cancelling the request.

Wrong item or missing item

If the parcel contains the wrong set, or a box is missing, email [email protected] with your reference and a photo of what arrived. We will send the correct item or refund it — whichever you prefer — and arrange return of the wrong item at our cost.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider then takes its own time to post the funds — typically a few business days, which is outside our control. We will confirm by email when the refund has been issued.

Orders that have not been paid

A request is not a sale. If you change your mind before paying, tell us and we will close the request — there is nothing to refund because nothing has been charged.

What we cannot cover

  • Damage caused after delivery, including water damage, heat damage or a box that has been opened, stored badly or dropped.
  • Normal manufacturing variation in the sealed product itself (print alignment, minor shrink-wrap scuffs) that does not affect the product's function or value as a sealed box.
  • A change of mind after dispatch, where the box is not faulty and matches its description. Your Consumer Law rights are unaffected by this paragraph.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a remedy has been refused unfairly, you can contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC. We would much rather sort it out with you first — email [email protected].
